Cymfony is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be assisting the Client Services Managers and Sales Directors in delivering outstanding service to our clients in a technical support capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Performing maintenance and set up tasks
  • Performing publication research and verification
  • Working with Operational teams and the Client Services Manager to develop solutions to client issues
  • Resolving Client issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing outstanding Client issues until resolution
The ideal candidate will:
  • Demonstrate solid time management skills
  • Have a strong focus on detail
  • Possess a sense of urgency in resolving client concerns
  • Possess accurate and timely follow-through skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful support environment
  • Be a self starter and team player

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent
  • PC experience with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications as well as solid Internet research skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
