Cymfony is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be assisting the Client Services Managers and Sales Directors in delivering outstanding service to our clients in a technical support capacity.
Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance and set up tasks
- Performing publication research and verification
- Working with Operational teams and the Client Services Manager to develop solutions to client issues
- Resolving Client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing outstanding Client issues until resolution
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate solid time management skills
- Have a strong focus on detail
- Possess a sense of urgency in resolving client concerns
- Possess accurate and timely follow-through skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful support environment
- Be a self starter and team player
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent
- PC experience with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications as well as solid Internet research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
