Richard Pasewark, President

Richard joined Cymfony as Chief Client Officer in June 2009, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a business leader, strategist, and software visionary for some of the most recognized technology companies in the world including Quark, Adobe, and EDS. Richard was promoted to General Manager in September 2009 and became President in 2011. Rich has developed, collaborated and lead teams of more than 100 with go-to-market strategies for multiple product lines across markets, and new product launches in both retail and Web platforms. His experience spans the creative and enterprise solution markets as well as a broad mix of verticals from aerospace to publishing to retail. An early adopter and leader in SaaS and XML, Rich has received recognition by a variety of publications and as a guest speaker. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology (major) and Economics (minor) from Gettysburg College.

Patricia Fennessey, Senior Vice President, International Business

Pat has played a crucial role at Cymfony since 2002 across operations, professional services and product development. She is currently leading Cymfony's international development. Pat Fennessey has more than 27 years of experience in technology, strategic planning, large organization management and management consulting. Prior to joining Cymfony, she was a Partner at USWeb/CKS and a Managing Partner at marchFIRST where she was responsible for business development, client management, and project leadership. At HubX, Inc, Pat was VP Client Services, where she managed client operations and professional services, as well as ongoing relationships for flagship clients in the hospitality industry. Previously, she was a VP/General Manager for Utopia Incorporated, a technology consulting and development firm which was acquired by USWeb/CKS in 1997. Pat received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and French with honors from Mount Holyoke College.

Natasha Stevens, Vice President, Insights and Business Development

Natasha joined Cymfony in 2008 to manage Cymfony's business analyst team and contribute in the professional services arena. Alongside managing the analyst team, she is involved closely with clients to translate and align their research objectives with Cymfony's core competencies and leads best practices in integrating digital and traditional research techniques. Natasha comes to Cymfony with a strong background in media analytics and measurement and has extensive experience in designing methodologies that address the unique requirements of clients in areas such as product management, issues management, consumer insight, measurement and corporate reputation. Prior to joining Cymfony, she was Managing Director of Research at RFBinder Partners, developing customized research and campaign measurement solutions that shaped and supported communications initiatives. Natasha holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Andrew Mullen, Vice President, Sales

Andrew joined Cymfony in 2011 as Vice President of Sales. Andrew is responsible for maximizing sales volume and profits, growing new markets for Cymfony 's solutions, and executing on the business strategy. Prior to joining Cymfony Andrew was Vice President - Sales for Americas at Expand Networks, where he was responsible for the strategy and execution of their sales and channel program in the North America and Latin America regions. Andrew's 18 year career includes a successful track record developing sales teams, building go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue models. Throughout his career, Andrew has helped shape the development of various enterprise software categories including performance management and measurement, virtualization, application performance categories and SaaS. Andrew's prior experience includes a key role with Tacit Networks where he contributed to the company's exponential growth from a startup to their profitable acquisition by Packeteer (NASDAQ: PKTR).  Prior to Tacit Networks, Andrew was President and VP Operations at Flipp Sports Media, a licensed major league sports product business, where he led the Series A finance round and handled the daily operations. Andy graduated from Bentley University in Boston, MA with a Bachelor of Science.

Garry Baer, Chief Technology Officer

Garry joined Cymfony in 2011 as CTO and VP of Engineering as a hands-on leader, software visionary, and a proven business partner.  Garry brings 25+ years of experience delivering solutions from startups to Fortune 500 companies, which drove revenue growth in diverse industries and expansion thru numerous business alliances and M&A activities.  Garry joined Cymfony from Saba, where he led the development of Web Conference and delivered the first integrated Social Networking platform to the HCM Enterprise market.   Prior to Saba, Garry was Chief Architect at Kronos where he drove the makeover of the Data Collection portfolio and launched localized products in global markets. 
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Boston University.
