Richard Pasewark, General Manager


Richard joined Cymfony as Chief Client Officer in June 2009, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a business leader, strategist, and software visionary for some of the most recognized technology companies in the world including Quark, Adobe, and EDS. Richard was promoted to General Manager in September 2009. Rich has developed, collaborated and lead teams of more than 100 with go-to-market strategies for multiple product lines across markets, and new product launches in both retail and Web platforms. His experience spans the creative and enterprise solution markets as well as a broad mix of verticals from aerospace to publishing to retail. An early adopter and leader in SaaS and XML, Rich has received recognition by a variety of publications and as a guest speaker. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology (major) and Economics (minor) from Gettysburg College.

Patricia Fennessey, Senior Vice President Strategic Solutions

Pat has played a crucial role at Cymfony since 2002 across operations, professional services and product development. She is currently leading a major development effort to build new functionality into the Cymfony offering. Pat Fennessey has more than 27 years of experience in technology, strategic planning, large organization management and management consulting. Prior to joining Cymfony, she was a Partner at USWeb/CKS and a Managing Partner at marchFIRST where she was responsible for business development, client management, and project leadership. At HubX, Inc, Pat was VP Client Services, where she managed client operations and professional services, as well as ongoing relationships for flagship clients in the hospitality industry. Previously, she was a VP/General Manager for Utopia Incorporated, a technology consulting and development firm which was acquired by USWeb/CKS in 1997. Pat received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and French with honors from Mount Holyoke College.

Dima Rogozin, Vice President Engineering

Dima joined Cymfony in 2008 to manage all technical resources, both on staff and outsourced, that support client operations, enhance current features and functionality, and extend Cymfony's capabilities in new areas. Dima Rogozin brings over 15 years of both management and hands-on experience with J2EE development environment and relational databases. Dima joined Cymfony from Idiom Technologies Inc., where he successfully led efforts to develop the company's flagship product, WorldServer, taking it from the design stage to deployment by large enterprise companies like Oracle, eBay, and AutoDesk. Prior to Idiom, Dima worked at QED helping to convert the company's UNIX-based family of products to a fully compliant J2EE architecture. Prior to his time at QED, he worked at Mercury Interactive where he designed and developed a Java solution for client-side testing and contributed to the development of the server-side testing solution. Dima was also involved in managing integrations with key partners like Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. Dima holds a Ms.C. in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and a Bachelor Degree from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Russia.

Michael Maziarka, Vice President Marketing and Client Services

Michael joined Cymfony in 2010 to lead the marketing and client services teams with a focus on expanding and retaining Cymfony's enterprise-class client base. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in the content & document management, social media, electronic publishing, and infrastructure software industries. During his career, Mike has served in a variety of roles including product marketing, product management, corporate communications, industry analyst, analyst relations, and consultant. He has held P&L responsibility, working for small through large technology companies including BEA Systems, InfoTrends, Xyvision, Frame Technology, and Datalogics. Mike has chaired numerous industry conferences and held an active role in various industry consortiums and industry standardization initiatives. Mike holds an M.B.A. Degree from DePaul University and a B.S. Degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.

Barbara Gallinaro, Vice President Operations and Service Delivery

Barbara joined Cymfony in 2005 and is responsible for integration of all products and services. Her deep knowledge of the technology, services and content available enables her to tune the system to the requirements of each client. Barbara Gallinaro brings over 10 years of experience in client, implementation, project, and support management to Cymfony. Prior to joining Cymfony, Barbara served as Director of Client Services & System Implementation at Dictaphone /Articulate Systems, Inc. in the healthcare solutions division where she managed large, multi-facility deployments with a heavy emphasis on systems integration. Additionally, during her 14 year tenure with Dictaphone, Barbara was responsible for the development and execution of a number of key client and product implementation related processes. Prior to system implementation and deployment, Barbara served as the Director of Client Technical Support Operations. Barbara holds a degree in Business from Salem State College.

Natasha Stevens, Senior Director of Insight Practice

Natasha joined Cymfony in 2008 to manage Cymfony's business analyst team and contribute in the professional services arena. Alongside managing the analyst team, she is involved closely with clients to translate and align their research objectives with Cymfony's core competencies and leads best practices in integrating digital and traditional research techniques. Natasha comes to Cymfony with a strong background in media analytics and measurement and has extensive experience in designing methodologies that address the unique requirements of clients in areas such as product management, issues management, consumer insight, measurement and corporate reputation. Prior to joining Cymfony, she was Managing Director of Research at RFBinder Partners, developing customized research and campaign measurement solutions that shaped and supported communications initiatives. Natasha holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
