Andrew Bernstein
President
Andrew Bernstein brings 20 years of executive and growth company leadership
experience to TNS MI/Cymfony. Prior to TNS MI/Cymfony, Andrew was Managing Partner of
HotHouse Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital and consulting
organization. He has co-founded and managed three companies in health
care and technology, in addition to assisting several others grow and
reach profitability. Prior to HotHouse, Andrew was the COO and Executive
Vice President of Articulate Systems, a software company specializing
in voice and data applications that was acquired by Lernout & Hauspie.
Prior to Articulate, Andrew founded and started the international division
of a $600 million consumer products company and also worked in investment
banking. He has lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, and New York. Andrew
received his bachelor's degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard
University. He currently serves on several
for profit and non-profit boards.

Jeff Barovich
Vice President of Sales
Jeff Barovich brings 20 years of sales and sales management experience to TNS MI/Cymfony. Prior to joining TNS MI/Cymfony, Jeff spent six years at Forrester Research, most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Account Sales where he led the outside sales force. In this role, he put in place the structure and process to drive dramatic improvements in the acquisition of new accounts and retention rates. While at Forrester, he also built the Global Account sales organization and managed the integration of the North American sales force when Forrester acquired Giga Information Group. Prior to Forrester, Jeff worked for IMPAX, a sales training and consulting company, helping organizations such as D&B, American Express, CIGNA, and IBM develop strategies and skills for selling to senior-level executives. He spent the first 10 years of his career at UARCO, a printing and document management company, in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Dima Rogozin
Vice President Engineering Dima Rogozin brings over 15 years of both management and hands-on experience with J2EE development environment and relational databases.
Dima joined Cymfony from Idiom Technologies Inc., where he successfully led efforts to develop the company’s flagship product, WorldServer, taking it from the design stage to deployment by large enterprise companies like Oracle, eBay, and AutoDesk. Prior to Idiom, Dima worked at QED helping to convert the company's UNIX-based family of products to a fully compliant J2EE architecture. Prior to his time at QED, he worked at Mercury Interactive where designed and developed a Java solution for client-side testing and contributed to the development of the server-side testing solution. Dima was also involved in managing integrations with key partners like Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. Dima holds a Ms.C. in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and a Bachelor Degree from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Russia.

Patricia Fennessey
Vice President of Professional
Services and Customer Support
Pat Fennessey has more than 27 years of experience in technology, strategic
planning, large organization management and management consulting. Prior
to joining TNS MI/Cymfony, she was a Partner at USWeb/CKS and a Managing Partner
at marchFIRST where she was responsible for business development, client
management, and project leadership. At HubX, Inc, Pat was VP Client Services,
where she managed client operations and professional services, as well
as ongoing relationships for flagship clients in the hospitality industry.
Previously, she was a VP/General Manager for Utopia Incorporated, a technology
consulting and development firm which was acquired by USWeb/CKS in 1997.
Pat received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and French
with honors from Mount Holyoke College.

Jim Nail
Chief Marketing & Strategy
Officer
Jim Nail has an extensive background in integrated marketing through his
22-year career that spans online marketing, market research, brand advertising
and direct marketing. Jim was an analyst at Forrester for eight years,
focusing on how marketing strategies and tactics must adapt to technology-driven
changes in consumer media consumption habits. His research addressed best
practices in integrated marketing with a focus on how online media can
augment the impact of television, print and other traditional marketing
tools. Prior to joining Forrester, he helped launch Web advertising network
AdSmart, where he served as director of marketing. He spent 15 years planning
and managing integrated marketing campaigns at leading advertising agencies
including Ogilvy & Mather Direct, Draft Worldwide, Bates USA and Hill
Holliday. Jim is a frequent participant in marketing conferences and executive
forums and has been published and quoted extensively in top-tier and online
media.
